What kind of metals do you use?

I use high quality gold-filled & 18k gold. Each listing has a description of what kind of metals are used.

Is gold-filled jewelry high quality?

Yes, gold-filled is hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. The gold is pressure bonded and not simply plated on so the thick layer of gold provides a protective barrier against tarnish and oxidation. Gold-filled jewelry is the ideal choice for everyday wear and for people allergic to metal or gold plated.

Where do you source your abalone and pearls?

The short answer: They are found treasures.

The long answer: The abalone were kept as a treasures from my travels in Western Australia. Most of the pearls are hidden gems I personally have sought out at antique shops. I up-cycle the found jewelry into an elevated high-quality Elizaberry original. Some of the specialty pearls are sourced from a small business out of Arcadia, California.

Is polymer clay like ceramic clay?

Nope. Polymer clay is a non-toxic clay-like material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), plasticizer and pigment. It feels soft to the touch and is somewhat flexible after baking. The result is an extremely lightweight and durable product.
